Not a pro. I like to fish (maybe even more than I like to catch) and I like to tell stories and share tips.

Where it began

When I was young, my grandfather took me fishing around Connecticut and on a specific pond in Vermont. I enjoyed the time with him, I learned to enjoy being quiet and patient, and I learned how to catch, clean, cook, and eat fish. We were always after trout. Sometimes we settled for perch. Sometimes we told good stories while eating burgers because there were no keepers caught.
